My Viewpoint: The cost of this security suite software is quite reasonable since it includes protection of up to 3 personal computers as well as the added benefits of parental controls, unsafe URL detection, and image monitoring.  It was very issue to install the software as well as to customize it with my choice of settings.  Since I have Windows Vista, sometimes problems can occur, but I found this one to work fine -- but it is very important to remove your prior anti-virus software systems before installing a new one, even if it is expired.   The customer services provided were knowledge and helpful, and my telephone wait was only three minutes.  Instant messages, were very much almost "instant."

One other very nice function offered for free by Trend Micro is the "House Call" program. This software scans your personal computer for free to detect already existing viruses and spyware so you may correct those threats also.
