  I purchased a treadmill about 6 weeks ago, at first I thought I would walk a couple miles a day.  I had thought this was a quick easy way to loose weight.  I started out with two miles  a day, then I have worked up to 5 miles per day.  It makes me feel good about myself.  I have lost a few pounds, but more important I have lost inches from my body. 

Walking on a treadmill has so many advantages.  No need to go out in the weather, just set it up in any room and off you go.  I find it easy to jog on the treadmill and I read.  It is good cardio exercise.  Strengthens the muscles. Does the body good.
