I have had 1 back surgery and now I'm waiting for a second one. During my first rehab I'll bet i spent 25% of my rehab time on a tread mill. I baought one right after my recoverey and It lasted me 9 years, finally the motor went sour. I'm looking forword to getting a new one after my second back surgery! You also get a great cardio work-out
