Travelodge Spokane WA - Spokane, WA Review

I have stayed one night and I have at least one more, maybe two and I am about ready to pull my hair out.

Let me start back at the beginning...

First problem I reserved a room for a conference and did so the first day I knew we were going.  It took them two (2) weeks to tell me they didn't have a room for me.  Then after basically throwing a fit ta da!  They magically found my room.  I called every week for a month and a half to make sure I still had it because all the hotels in the area were full.

Second problem they have a garage you can park in to help keep your car "safer."  But they only close the out door and not the door so any Joe Blow off the street could walk in and break into your car.  Let me tell ya there was a lot of police activity in the area all night.

Third problem they charged my credit card the day I checked in.  Hello!  Association was paying for it not us and they don't even know when we are leaving because we don't know.  I was glad I logged onto my my back website to check my balances.

This hotel is right across the street from the convention center and I will never stay here again.  Even if I can just walk across the street every day.
