Travelocity Review

My best friend was getting married in Vegas so we had to book the trip.  Heard a lot about Travelocity so we decided to use them.  MISTAKE.  Not only were our flights cancelled on us, the customer service was the WORST I have ever experienced.  I realize that the flight being cancelled was the fault of the airline, but trying to rebook and coordinate through Travelocity so four of us had the same flights was a nightmare.  Countless hours on the phone, numerous problems with language barriers, never a supervisor to be had - even when we called during the day as advised.   While some reps were pleasant, most were ignorant and rude and certainly not helpful. It would have been easier to book directly through the airline.  I actually have found it to be cheaper to go through US Airways than to try to use a discount site.  I would never use them again and actually have increased anxiety about planning / booking any trip through such a websight as a result of this experience.
