It was the WORST travel website I've ever used.

Pros

One rep out of 13 I spoke to was nice

Cons

Reps did not understand travel booking, Hung up on me twice while transfering, Reps did not known how to reschedual, Rep told me to fix their problem myself, Canceled car rental & rebooked myself, Horrible customer service, Hours spent trying to fix problems, Had to contact cruise personaly to fix, They booked me on a overbooked cruise, Reps transfered 8 times on a 1 hr call, Wanted to charge me for their errors, Did not guarentee as they promote

Their complete lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism was disturbing. I was contacted by travelocity that my cruise needed to be reschedualed. It took me 3 hours and 5 phone calls to find out why and they still couldn't fix the problem. I had to call the cruise company myself and reschedual with them. I had to cancel the rental car because they couldnt make changes to it. And wanted to charge me to down grade the vehicle. I booked it through Alamo myself. The hotel we got was fine until we were told that our bathtub leaked and we couldnt take showers or baths anymore. Travelocity told us it wasnt their problem. I was hung up on twice transfered back and forth more than 12 times and spent 4 hours on the phone with them and never once didt they fix a problem or help me fix one. I had to do it all by myself! Thank goodness I used to work for a travel agency and knew how.
