Changing Itinerary is a Nightmare!

I schedule travel for my boss who frequently travels both domestically and internationally.  I booked a flight for him on Travelocity because their prices were cheaper than I had found anywhere else.  The day after I booked his flights we found out he had to add a day to the itinerary.  I called customer service and was extremely disappointed in their ability to understand and help with the problem.  All I wanted to do was add a day... taking the exact same flights, but the following day... not a difficult concept.  I was on the phone for almost 3 hours and probably spoke with at least 8 people, each time having to re-explain the whole problem.  They offered me a few very unacceptable options, one being to change flights, pay the change fee of $140 and ride economy class (we paid initially for Business class) which would have represented a loss of $1400!  This was finally resolved but it was a very exasperating experience.  The customer service representatives seemed to have limited understanding of the English language and therefore were unable to quickly deal with my problem.  I will never use Travelocity again.
