My new best friend now is Travelocity.com. I have used twice already to book flights and to book hotels and I love it.

My first experience was for my family trip to Disney. We found the best deal on travelocity and I booked our flight through them. Since it was really early before our flight (6 months in advance), at one point the airline changed the hours of our flight drastically for wathever reason they had. So I received an email from travelocity, telling me those changes and telling to call them if I was not satisfied with the changes. I wasn't so I called them up and it was really easy. I know that with expedia, a lot of people complain about having trouble getting through on the phone. Bu with travelocity, I had no problem. They were able to find us another flight that was perfect for out schedule at no other cost.

The second time I used Travelocity, it was to find a hotel to book for my business trip to San Francisco and for our family trip to Memphis TN. Every Hotel is on there, with reviews from ordinary people. It greats. I was able to find a great hotel in San Francisco, with ridiculous prices and marvelous services. As for Memphis, I will know this summer, since that is when I am going. But I feel confident that it will be great, because Travelocity is the best in travelling. No more travel agent, no more hassle. I can find anything I want on that site, and book it without any trouble. It's simple, user-friendly and trustworthy.
