I have chosen Travelers for our insurance needs after my insurance rates were raised with another company.  I have been with Travelers for almost 6 months and I have had no problems.  The company representative looked for additional ways for us to save money.  After my initial quote, the rate went down.  I have had no problems with this insurance company.  I did however have to call and have them send insurance cards over a month after I should have received them.  I would recommend Travelers to any person seeking car insurance.

Make sure you switch companies at the end of the term. Travelers will raise your rates also! When you cancel they will ask for additional payments and when you don't pay they will send a collection agent after you! This happened to me.
