Travelers Group Review

I feel that the company has a very good attitude towards customer service.  Also they have a very good financial rating.  The most negative thing I could say is that the renewal rates don't always make sense.  I think they should give more attention to long term customers with excellent driving records and those customers should be rewarded at renewal with more competitive pricing.  My overall impression of the company is good.
