I recently had to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance, Travelers, for hail damage. Two days after I filed the claim I was told the person handling my claim quit & they had to assign it to someone else. This still didn't delay the processing. The new adjuster called me the next day to tell me he happened to be in the area and went ahead & investigated the roof damage. He would be getting back to me in a few days. The entire process only took one phone call from me to file the claim - bottom line...I got my check in less than 14 working days.
