Travelers Group —
I have been with Travelers for 8-10 years and have never had a problem with them. The rates are fair/competitive. I have had to file two claims on my auto insurance and they were great. The service was fantastic - I needed a rental after I got rear ended and had one within hours, without having to pay a cent out of pocket! The customer service reps have always been knowledgable, kind and the service is very timely. Claims have always been settled quickly and painlessly, unlike many other expereinces I have heard about from friends. No endless paperwork or phone calls. Eveything was handled efficiently and with little additional stress upon me. Who could ask for more? I use them for both auto and homeowners insurance and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great insurance company.
