We have had our house and car insurance with Travelers for over 5 years and have been very pleased with their service.  We have had no claims to file, but they have been very good to let us know when and why there had been a rate increase and our agent has been good to check around and see if there is any insurance that is cheaper for us.  At this point, Travelers is the best coverage for the best price!
