Transformers Review

Well, I noticed almost immediately that all four reviews for Transformers were written by men. I just had to butt in with my two cents. I am a 23 year old girl that absolutely LOVED this movie.

 From start to finish, Transformers is crazy, nail-biting ride. It stands up to the intense suspense that earned it an R rating.  However, due to a fight by Michael Bay, the rating was reduced to PG-13. (My husband is a Transformers geek, therefore I knew about the fight over the rating before the movie even hit the theaters.) Transformers had the audience cheering audibly when Bumblebee convinced the car dealer that he needed to sell the old Camaro to Sam, when Mikaela severed  Frenzy's head (no, he didn't die), and definitely when Optimus Prime showed up.

The effects were awesome. The music well thought out. The characters.... well, let's just say that after I finally got to sleep after watching Transformers for the first time, I dreamed that I had a big black GMC truck that turned into Ironhide. The fighting kept me on the edge of my seat every time. (I've seen it three times now.)

 While not every girl will enjoy this movie, I would bet that any that like action movies will love it. Geez, now I want to go watch it again!
