If you read me, you know that I love to cook. The style cookware I prefer most is clad stainless steel cookware. In my mind, nothing equals it for its cooking performance.

The brand I regularly rely on is Tramontina Tri-Ply Clad Cookware. Tramontina is a Brazilian company of Italian ancestry that until recently manufactured in either Brazil or China. Most recently, they have moved a substantial portion of their manufacturing to the U.S.
