As a frequent-snacker, **Trader Joe's Thai Lime & Chili Cashews **always come to the rescue when I am craving something savory. The cashews have a unique mild citrus flavor with a kick, without the citrus and the heat from the chilies overpowering the complimentary Thai spices. Although not for the faint-hearted, one does not have to have a high threshold for spice tolerance to enjoy this flavor-packed snack. I have served the cashews when we have company (good complement to beer) and have also given them as gifts to our hosts; they have been appreciated every single time! They are a little bit messy to handle - so make sure you serve it with a papertowel to those likely of wiping their hanps on their pands of your furniture!
