Whilst fishing in the deep waters of Trader Joe's the other day, I made a great catch -- Trader Joe's Salmon Roulette with Spinach Florentine Stuffing. This is really a delicious variation on a rouladen and consists of tender farm raised Atlantic salmon rolled around a filling made of onions, spinach, bread crumbs, sour cream, eggs, basil, crushed garlic, salt, spice and Parmesan cheese, then sliced into half-inch thick slices. Directions are given for cooking on stove top, in conventional oven, or microwave.
