Trader Joe's Roasted Minced Garlic Reviews

I always like to keep a bottle of Trader Joe's Roasted Minced Garlic on hand for the times that I don't have fresh garlic.  This 1.9 ounce bottle is filled with thousands of minced garlic flakes that pack a huge amount of flavor.  The garlic re-hydrates quickly when mixed with sauces or liquids and instantly adds a garlic aroma to food.  I have used it in spaghetti sauce, sprinkled it on chicken breast and added it to whipped butter.  I recently tried it on pizza and it was delicious.

Trader Joe's Spices of the World Roasted Minced Garlic is the best. I am so sad I can't get it anymore! I use it in many hot dishes as well as sprinkle it on Fresh Salmon that I am going to barbecue! I must find a replacement! Help!!!
