I have used this product many times, always with good results.

The special twist top cap makes it easier to pour than a lot of those other soups in cartons. (I really appreciate this feature on days when my arthritis flairs up.) Once opened juust use the way you want. The hard work is already done for you, making this a very convenient product to have handy.

You also can be confident knowing you are using an organic product. When Trader Joe's says "organic" they're not kidding. They use vegetables that were planted and grown without the use of harmful pesticides, chemicals nor synthetic fertilizers.

It makes a great soup base. I just add my veggies along with chicken orbeef and  pasta or rice. When I'm ill I drink a cup of it plain for a boost in strength. I've also used this broth in casseroles, rice and mashed potatoes with delicious results.

Trader Joe's Organic Vegetable Broth is tasty and versatile. So go ahead and use instead of milk the next time you make mashed potatoes. I think you'll be pleasantly surprized.

It's not too far for me to get to -- a few blocks walking, some riding on a bus, and then some on a train, but I have to be careful when I shop by myself that I don't get too much stuff to carry home! Whereas if my friend takes me, I can really get in there and LOAD UP! Haha!

Hi! The news is not good about T.J.'s in Oak Park. I had figured by this time the walls would be going up but alas, in the newspaper just the other day, it was reported that now it has FINALLY BEEN DECIDED that they will build in Oak Park! So I'll be going to the one in LaGrange for a while. I'm going to take a couple of my gift cards over there and maybe stock up because I've made a deal with one of my car-owning buddies that if she drives me over there, I'll treat us to one of those great mixed-berry pies I've been hearing so much about. (She sometimes takes me places anyway, I just thought I would sweeten up the deal!) It was nice to hear from you, LadyMagic, and Happy Mother's Day!

Thanks, Anna. I like them too but I wish they had lower prices for a lot of their things. Did the one in Oak Park open yet?
