I love this product. Having crushed garlic frozen until I need it is perfect. The garlic itself is tasty and does not lose its potency in the freezer waiting for me. The cubes pop out when I push them and don't leave a mess either on my hands or the counter as fresh garlic does. Of course, fresh garlic still is used in my home, but I am sold on Dorot frozen garlic. I forgot where I bought the product but suspected Trader Joe's was the place that carried such a different and useful food. I'm glad I didn't throw out the container so I could google it.
