Love it!

Comments about Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup:

I always end up eating this at least a few times a week in the winter because it's so delicious and easy! It has a very nice tang to it, and it's completely smooth - I don't know why, but tomato soups that are a bit chunky just don't appeal to me at all. It's really nice and relaxing on a cool day on its own, as it's so creamy and thick that it's almost like a chowder. Sometimes I add chicken broth (TJ's, naturally) to the soup to make it a bit thinner, and it's still really tasty. Sometimes I buy the reduced-sodium version of this soup, which is okay, but I think the salty-with-a-hint-of-sweet taste in the original version is a winner. Plus, it's really easy to pair it with other foods, beyond the typical grilled cheese! I often add chopped sardines to the soup, or some spinach or kale, and it makes it more of a full meal combined into the comforts of a rich soup. I gave it 9 instead of 10 because sometimes I do find it a tad sweeter and saltier than it should maybe be.

So delightful

Comments about Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup:

Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup is simply delightful! This is the only tomato soup that I will eat! There are several things that I adore about this soup. It smells amazing. The smell really whets your appetite. The taste is like a blend of sweet and salty-just the right combination of the two, merged with the tangy flavor of fresh tomatoes. The taste is simply wonderful. It tastes like you grew the tomatoes yourself and spent hours making this delicious soup! I love to serve mine with sandwiches-grilled cheese or ham.

If you like tomato soup, you'll like this

Comments about Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup:

This is an easy and delicious snack! It goes very well with some french bread. Creamy tomato soup is my weakness when it comes to eating, I absolutely love it. Though, as implied by the word "creamy," it's not the healthiest. There is a fair amount of fat in this soup, but every once and a while on a cold day, it's exactly what I need. It's restaurant quality but very convenient. I just pop it in the microwave at home and get straight to enjoying it! There is just the right amount of spices, onions, and garlic. It truly hits the spot every time and really warms me up on a cold winter day :) You know the feeling..

I recommend at least giving it a shot. Trader Joe's is well-known for their unique and quality products.  I like to try most of the new items they come out with and am usually impressed. It's a great store with great products, and this is no exception. Next time you stop by give these a try!

Comments about Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup:

**Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup**

When we were kids, my mom would make us our favorite Campbells tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches which was so perfectly comforting and delish. It's always such a warm, happy memory for me.

Well, my tastebuds still like tomato soup but now that they're all 'growed up' they really like **Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup.** The rich texture and mildly robust flavor is delicious and very satisfying. The consistency is just right, not too thin or to thick, and not as sweet as other tomato soups can be. I like the fact that this comes in a box rather than a can, it keeps the flavor and the integrity of the product fresher for sure.

One container is usually enough to accomodate my husband and me when I serve it along with a salad and yes, grilled cheese sandwiches, but now I make them with Gruyere cheese and smokehouse ham on multi-grain bread and oh boy it is all SO good.

Trader Joe's offers so many good products that I keep on hand for quick easy meals, I sometimes add other goodies to this soup like TJ's roasted (frozen corn) and other veggies that strike my fancy at that moment. All in all, I think this is a good soup to be enjoyed anytime by the entire family.

Comments about Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup:

I love Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup and buy it on a regular basis. It is great on a cold night when you just don't feel like cooking (that happens a lot!). Works well with croutons, toasted bread, or hot muffins. I like it bland the way it is, I feel that it's salty enough, but some like it with more salt and pepper. It is also a great base for your own spaghetti sauces or tomato soups if you want to add more ingredients to it. My favorite thing though is that it does not contain odd and bizarre ingredients!

Fantastic!

Comments about Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup:

Trader Joe's tomato soup is fantastic!  I am a caterer and a great cook (so I am told).  Rarely will I consider a pre-made soup.  After trying this in the store, I was so impressed I bought some as well as the carrot ginger - which I can't wait to try.  (Unfortunately, the only store that I am able to go to is when visiting in-laws about 6 hours away).  This soup is very good on its own, with some nuances of onion.  However, it e a wonderful base for many things.  Dress it up with some stewed tomatoes and leeks with a dollop of sour cream, or add some vegetables and broth for a minestrone.  An added plus is the carton that you can put a cap back on and store in the refrigerator.
