Only takes 4 minutes but tastes like you made a big effort.

While I don't entertain in my home very often I do like to keep quick snacks on hand just in case. Just in case someone stops by or in case I feel the need to snack!

One of the items I like to keep in stock is Trader Joe's Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip. My husband and I first tried spinach artichoke dip as a restaurant appetizer and really liked it but wanted to have it at home. After trying several home made recipes we weren't happy with I found this dip at Trader Joe's and decided to give it a try.

Great Dip for Parties

I never thought I would find a great tasting dip in the frozen foods section at Trader Joe's, but this Spinach and Artichoke dip is a winner. It is perfect to serve at parties, or take as an appetizer to your parties away from home. I love keeping a tub of this on hand because it is so quick and easy and tastes great. I first fell in love with this dip when a friend of mine made it, but I could never get the recipe down to taste great. I have tried many versions, but Trader Joe's does it best. I tried this for a get together at my home and my guests couldn't stop dipping. Even my picky 15 year old son loved it. The fact that it comes frozen and all you have to do is microwave it is just fabulous. My only complaint is that is cools down quickly so you have to keep microwaving it to stay warm. Otherwise it's great!
