This albacore tuna is really a good quality. No weird, icky or odds parts that you have to throw out. I do prefer the salt free version. The price is just over 1.50 which is an excellent price for albacore. When you eat the "salt free" version you can eat the whole can and you feel full but not bloated. The tuna is very satisfying and although they do not say it is organic it doesn't have a bunch of chemicals. We buy this by the dozen and eat a can for lunch most days and it gives enough energy for the afternoon. The color is always even and there aren't a bunch of dark pieces that look inedible like other brands. The tuna is very tasty and surprisingly gourmet like for a generic can.
