cost-conscious, somewhat tech savvy
Pros

    inexpensive, $10 and up to get 90 days of service, Affordable, Adding new time is a breeze, $150 and I'm set for the year, Cheap, Good Coverage, easy to use

Cons
    have to plan ahead, no special ringtones in my area, nothing fancy

I like the tracfone because you don't have to worry about a monthly billing. You can control your costs.
