Tracfone not recommended - poor customer service,no coverage

Tracfone - prepaid plan Cell Phone —

I would not recommend Tracfone to anyone.....I used to be very happy with their coverage and service but since I got my new phone from them I am not able to get service in places like Minneapolis MN; Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN. Everytime I call for help they put me through the same ordeal and then try and tell me that where I am calling from has no cell phone coverage! Give me a break! And they just don't try to work with me to solve the problem.
After 4 unproductive phone calls I finally e-mailed them and got a "Canned" answer about trying to use the phone in non-cell covered areas....they apparently didn't even read my e-mail that said where I was trying to get coverage. I am sick of the hassel and plan to find a new pay-as-you-go provider.
