God, I love my car! I got a 2007 Absolutely Red Yaris liftback in Feb of 07 with 3 miles on it! I got a base model with manual windows and locks. There are a lot of super great things about this car that I love, and some things I could do without.

First, it had a lot of room inside. My previous car was...

I've had my Yaris (4 door sedan AT) for about 2 months now. I use to have a Town & Country, so I realize there is a huge difference in comfort. Also, I guess my expectations of Toyota were much too high because I am not happy with the value. We lease the car and the payments aren't cheap. I regret not... review »

Since paying for gas for my minivan was requiring a trip to the loan officer at the bank, my family decided it was time to go smaller. Our family will not be growing so a smaller car would be more fuel efficient and save money for all the fun stuff we love to do. Plus in my daughter's environmental eyes, we would be greener.

After much reseach we chose the Toyota Yaris, 4 door sedan, manual. We love it so much. We knew what we were getting for the price but were very pleasantly surprised at the room inside the vehicle. I have two teens and there is plenty of space for both of them. My husband is...

What other car can you get brand new, with awesome safety ratings, great gas mileage, and absolutely adorable for about $15,000? Um, there isn't one.  I actually got my Yaris because a police officer managed to total my car, yes a police officer.  After we got the insurance money from my 94 Ford "death trap" (it had 100,000+ miles when we bought it 2 years before) and medical expenses, we managed to get my car for just a couple thousand dollars more, and I LOVE IT! I've had no problems with it at all and since I drive to school 4 days a week and it's 80 miles roundtrip, it definitely helps! ... review »

I really love my 3-door liftback Yaris. It's perfect for me. I don't do too much driving and my commute to work is only about 20 miles round-trip. I drive easy too, meaning I don't floor the gas pedal when the light turns green, which results in high gas miiage. In the summer time I consistantly get around 40mpg. In the winter it drops down to about 36-37mpg. There's plenty of room in the back for a cooler and a couple of those portable lawn chairs for when I go on picnics and stuff. I have the base model, so it doesn't have a lot of features (like power wiindows and locks). but considering i usually... review »

I would definitely say that this is the greatest car ever made. It drives smoother than a mini van. It is small enough, but very roomy. And the best part is that it gets GREAT gas mileage! Up to 40 mpg! I like that the spedometer in the middle instead of behind the steering wheel. I would say that overall this car is great. The trunk is very large for such a small car and it easily seats five. Great for families or singles. With gas prices shooting up like they are, this is the car to choose! I can honestly say that I don't think there is anything bad about the Yaris. I have driven many Toyota's,... review »

This little car does everything and is cute to boot! Easy to drive, a dream to park, turns on a dime. Thought I'd never like another vehicle as much as my old Toy pickup but this one is right up there! Not just for the young 'uns either. You've gotta test drive this one if you're in the market for a new car.

This vehicle is fantastic.  It has surpassed all my wildest expectations.  While the sticker says 35 - 39 MPG, my practical mpg on the highway are closer to 45.  The price was great, and with the power package, it makes you feel like you are in a much more expensive car.

My 2008 Yaris Sedan is great over all.  I am happy with the mpg.  I drive my car a lot for long distances and short everyday to work.  I live in the prairie Minnesota and the wind can make it feel like a plastic bag in the wind.  We have not had much snow yet.  But when we did it did slide around a lot.  I am also worried about the winter because it's low to the ground.  It is a little louder in the inside then most cars but not bad.  The center dash controls should be tilted towards the driver.  And the drivers right arm rest could be better.  One should not have figure out the mpg...

I'd never thought I'd buy a new car, but Toyota made it awfully easy to do. A roomy, comfortable, well-equipped and fuel efficient car for under $15k? Done. I went with the automatic transmission, cruise, armrest and power package and haven't had a single regret in the six months I've tooted around in it since. Add to that an average of 33mpg (mostly in town - normally 30mpg in-town and 45+ highway), and the cost of ownership stays mighty low.

Most surprising about this subcompact is how much more pep it packs than similarly sized cars. Punch the gas and it zips off! The interior is beautifully...

This is a great car.  Being in the under 5' crowd, it can be hard to find a car that I can sit comfortably, reach the gas pedal and not be hitting my knees or barely seeing over the dash, but this car I feel like a normal driver.  The console takes a bit of getting used to, especially the speedometer, I found out by going past a speed trap that where needle appears isn't exactly what you're doing, it's not adjusted for the speedometer being center console, to the right of the driver.  The gas milage is great, getting about 35 mpg with a mix of highway and city driving.  The only other thing... review »

The Toyota Yaris is by far the best car I have ever owned.  I preeviously had a Ford Mustang and this car has it beat hands down!  Number one is the price.  The best value on the market.  Next is the roominess of the driver and passenger seats.  My boyfriend is a big guy and he always felt cramped in the Mustang.  Here he can be comfortable and relaxed (all 250 pounds of him). I love all the storage compartments as well.  Plenty of room for all the essentials (CD's, mints, tissues, sunglasses, etc.).  However the best thing is the handling.  I can get into any parking space!  And, the...

I absolutely love my 2007 Toyota Yaris!  It is especially roomy (I've had very very large friends in the car before and they agree that it is larger than it looks).  On the highway and country roads I usually get 40 mpg, although I have gotten over that on long trips up north.  It's very simple (mine doesn't have power locks or windows), but you can't beat the value!  I do know that some people have commented on the position of the speedometer, but now that I'm used to it, I really like it.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if I had it to do over.

For city driving this car is the BOMB... small  nible  easy to park and sits up high so i can see about  some traffic.  thought the car  looks small  the interior is incredibly roomy...  and  plenty of head room... it sits up  tall  so getting in and out with the large  door is a breeze... and though it  doesn't  have but a dinky trunk the  rear seat  folds flat  to take  everything i need to  tote around I would buy another in a heartbeat

I bought my Yaris new in 2007 and I love it! I have had it for over a year now and have had no problems. I only have to go to the gas station one every 10 days or so and I spend little compared to others to fill up. THis car has aot of pick up too, like it can go fast! LAlso, it is very roomie inside!

I sugguest everyone try and at least test drive a Yaris, it is better for the environment and your pocketbook!

(Do get the alarm and power window/locks upgrade, worth every penny!)
