Toyota Prius - 2005 —
I bought my Toyota Prius in January of 1995 and I have put close to 75,000 miles on it in two years. It's a dream car. Sexy looking, fuel efficient, roomy, flexible, and kind to the environment. I would recommend this car to anyone. The back seats fold flat, giving you an amazing cargo space to haul stuff. The only problem I've encountered is that the car is low to the ground -- so it is definitely not good for rough terrain or snowbanks. But for traveling roads -- anywhere -- up mountains (we took it to Rocky Mountain National Park) or to valleys -- it hugs the road and handles beautifully. We have made five trips to the Katrina Hurricane Zone to do clean-up and rebuilding -- hauling people, supplies, and all sorts of gear. The amazing gas mileage and comfortable ride have seen us through every type of experience. This is a great car for anyone who does a lot of road traveling!
