Toyota Camry - 1999 Review

Hi,
I have a Toyota Camry 1999. I have a problem with my alarm. Some times when I want to open or close the door using my keyless entry the alarm goes off and the keyless entry stop working. There is a small light on the keyless entry. The light starts flashing when this happens. After the alarm stop, the light on the keyless entry stop flashing too. I had the same problem with my old keyless entry. I replaced it with the new one but the new one is doing the same thing. As I said it does not happen all the time. I need to wait until the alarm stop then the keyless entry works fine. One time I was driving the car and suddenly the alarm went on this happened only one time. Please help me.
