Yes, it was even worth the inflated prices now-a-days at the cinema to see both again.  I wanted to take my son, because he has only experienced it on TV via VHS, DVD or broadcast with commercials.  Actually, he was with my "EX" and I the first time out in 1995.  The only problem was...he wasn't born yet!  She was still pregnant.

With voices from Tom Hanks as Woody, and Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear- this movie still...

My son recently turned three and we are trying to find good, safe movies for him to watch. Finding Nemo is one of our favorites. And, despite loving the story line, we needed to introduce something new. We bought a few Disney movies-- one of them being Toy Story.

I hadnt seen Toy Story in several years and was pleasantly surprised the second time around. It is a cute story with great characters. It is also very age appropriate and void of a lot of bad language. I enjoyed watching the movie with my son.

    Toy Story is an awesome movie for the whole family. It's a fun loving movie for anybody even the most pickiest people. It's awesome how you get to see the world in the eyes of a toy. Toy Story means This Owes Your Short Time Of Related Youth. Bring your kids, watch it with the family, screen it at your local keg party. This is an omnipowerful movie because it intrigues the minds of all ages. The children who view this movie will laugh at the joyful presenation of a plethora of temperment and character that is portrayed in this cinematic masterpiece. WOW. this movie takes me way back to when i was only 9 years old! It's amazing how there bringing back the movies that were the best! my son watches this movie NONSTOP we even had to buy him the toys, He thinks its a new movie, so we just pretend like it is haha.. My favorite part of the whole movie is when buzz is taped up to the rocket and he's holding on to woody " woody: HEY BUZZ YOUR FLYING." "Buzz: THIS ISN'T FLYING, THIS IS FALLING WITH STYLE!"  just the simple word lines like this was funny to me when i was younger and still to this day! My two sons were huge fans of Buzz and Woody when they were younger. We had the themed parties, Halloween costumes and numerous Buzz lightyear action toys. The costumes were worn constantly for adventure play long after Halloween was over-to the point where they are falling apart and I can't part with them. My boys are 10 and 12 now. They still love this movie and as their mastery of language and concepts broadened they understand more of the humor. When they were preschoolers they loved to imitate Buzz and zap the "bad guys". My son is amost seventeen months. The Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2 are now his favorites to watch. This is really the first movie he will sit down and watch all the way through. I love Disney movies because there is always a hidden story to teach your kids as they watch these and grow. I think your kid may get even more exsited if he can act like person from the movie and then you later ask him/her how they felt about the friendship issues and trust issues I see ion the movie and how you and your child may handle the situation if one were to arrise to you. This is one of the greatest animated movies!  We never get tired of watching it!  I absolutely guarantee no one could ever dislike this movie - it is great for all ages!  The actors who provide the voices of the characters were chosen perfectly!  They all could not be any funnier!

 My son owns both the Buzz and Woody costumes and every one of the charater talking (and non-talking) toys.  His wanting all these toys came from his total enjoyment of the movie.

I highly recommend you buy this movie for your collection.

I loved toy story.I think it was absolutly great. I love that movie.I think it's a classic.I loved watching that movie as a kid.I remember watching my toys as a kid thinking they would move or talk. I use to close the door and put my ear on the door just hoping i would catch them talkng.I just loved it!
