Toy Story Review

My son recently turned three and we are trying to find good, safe movies for him to watch. Finding Nemo is one of our favorites. And, despite loving the story line, we needed to introduce something new. We bought a few Disney movies-- one of them being Toy Story.

I hadnt seen Toy Story in several years and was pleasantly surprised the second time around. It is a cute story with great characters. It is also very age appropriate and void of a lot of bad language. I enjoyed watching the movie with my son.

For those that havent seen it, it is all about the toys-- and what they do when the lights go down. You will never quite see soldiers, Mr. Potato Head and Little bo-peep the same way! Toy Story has amazing animation, an original story line, and a good basic introduction to the values of friendship. 

Buzz Lightyear and Woody are now common language in our home. (Im still deciding whether that is a good or bad thing). Good overall movie in my book!
