Total Gym total gym 500 Review

I bought my total gym in 1997 and it still works as good now as it did when I bought it.  With this one item you can work your whole body and you will lose more inches than weight.  And it is easy and fun to do.  It is really self explanatory and any novice beginner or seasoned workout buff can enjoy this machine.  It folds down nicely, and you can also stand it up and it only takes up about 18" -22" of floor space .  Believe it or not it has never been used as a clothes hanger!  It is well constructed and will last for a long time.  I paid $600 for it new and would not trade it for anything.  If you need something that will last and take the place of all of your other equipment that takes up all of your space, get the Total Gym.
