My Total Home Gym 1000 was a yard sale find, that I love using.

Pros: A wide range of strength training exercises, easy to use, easy on the joints.

Cons: Takes up quite a bit of space.

I'm on a healthy lifestyle regime and I've been doing all I can to loose weight and be fit and healthy for myself as well as my family. When I found this equipment at a yard sale for only $75, when they usually run a couple hundred in stores, I was extremely happy.

I can get a good 30 minute work out and get all my ab, leg, arm and back strengthening exercises done. It comes with a booklet that explains and shows all the different ways you can use the machine from squats, butterflys, crunches, rows and a whole lot more. There are even a few stretching exercises you can do on it that strengthens your back muscles.

It's easy on the joints. There is no hard impact on your knees, feet, ankles, elbows, shoulders etc. And after just one workout you can feel how well the different sets work as you feel stronger. It uses the weight of your own body to pull and work, and all the while you become stronger, leaner and more fit.

It is a bulky machine, so it takes up some room, so beware if you are limited on space and want to try out this machine. But, I recommend trying it because it does work.

Sounds great and I love the pictures, but space would be a problem for me on this.
