Most HelpfulMy step mom introduced me to the Total Gym. She pulled it out of a very small closet and single handedly set it up in her living room. From there she proceeded to show me how to adjust the parts and the weights for each exercise. Total Gym comes with a book that gives you hundreds of exercises that cover every muscle group of your body. I was amazed! The workout I got from Total Gym was complete and efficient. read full review »I do nor personally own a Bow Flex but my mother does and I use every other day. Since exercising on this, I have noticed a tonong up of my flabby areas which were made worse by a #84 pound weight loss. My Mom also uses it and so far by diet and exercise had been able to stave off Doabetes for a while. Too much weight has a direct correlation to excess weight.
The Bow flex was a bit expensive but now that I use it, I feel it was well worth the money. I reccomend it.
my husband gets on his bowflex gym machine every other day seems to like it is supposed to get me started on it also we signed up for a gym years ago but never went to much of my suprise he uses the bowflex more than i thought enough to want to get me started on it
This unit is bulky and extremely hard for me to manuever. It takes up a lot of room and just wasn't for me. I got more of an exercise moving it into place.
