my husband likes the total gym bowflex machine

    feels alot better since been working out, good workout, Tons of different exercises, Very safe, Resistance training, a good home workout

my husband gets on his bowflex gym machine every other day seems to like it is supposed to get me started on it also we signed up for a gym years ago but never went to much of my suprise he uses the bowflex more than i thought enough to want to get me started on it
