I did try the number they gave and it wouldn't take my call. After reading your reviews I tried
other numbers that didn't work either. Finally I called my Credit Card Company to find out
if it had been sent in to them. It was there for approval and I proceeded to put it up for dispute. My card company will not allow the money to go through. I then went to the on line chat... read full review »

I have tried to call the new number given for Total Cleanse to cancel at 866-938-4832 and the other number 866-320-0038 and it does not work! Tomorrow is my 14th day and I have not been able to contact them to cancel except the first time I called yesterday and they asked for my order number and they disconnected the call. I tried to call back and the number no longer works.
Please help!

I read the reviews (which I should have done prior) then called to cancel from the phone number listed by another person on this review site(thank you for that!).
I am gratefully, still in the trial period, so as of now I have only been charged for the shipping, but will be canceling my cards to get new ones anyways. The number put out by the person that listed numbers on this review site is one of the many that is out there. I recently signed up for the two "free" trials, and the idiot that i am, i never read the fine print until i pressed submit. i figured no big deal, i'll just cancel before the 14 days, but my sister said she got tricked into one of these and they gave her the run around. she was on the phone for hours. Her suggestion was to send an email, I did that for total cleanse, but acai never had an email service, so i had to call. All the info on the site worked for me btw. I decided to take a different route from my sister, i told them that i was allergic to the product and needed to cancel my subscription....

The Total Cleanse product did not work the way you would expect from the advertising. They don't really tell you the potential charged you will incur if you don't cancel in the time allotted. I used the product as instructed while using the Acai Burn product and I lost nothing. All it seemed to do was give me constipation. This is not a product I would recommend to anyone. When I think of a total cleanse it should clean out your system instead of stop you up. I would like to see more openness in the advertising of these types of products. I don't believe it really works for anyone...
