I got this from a local rent to own store. The first Toshiba laptop I got there overheated all the time so they sent it in to get repaired so I was given a loner of the same kind. My laptop came back but it still had the same problem, so I was given the loner permanetley. I was told by the rental company that I could not place my LAPTOP in my lap because it blocks off the fan and causes it to overheat. I wouldn't recommend this particular brand to anyone.
