Overheats, Slow, Takes forever to reboot, Freezes up from static electricity

We expected a good computer with the Toshiba name and have been nothing but disappointed. It is slow, and has already been "fixed" once for the overheating problem, but it persists. We have to prop it on something to keep it running. If you look up lemon in the dictionary, there is a picture of this computer next to it.
