Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5868 — 

I have had my computer for about 3 months, if that. I put my laptop in to a powersave mode and my battery is terrible for example... Right now, my battery is 37% charged and I only have 34 minutes of life. How does that work? My Battery life percent is larger than my minutes of life? What? I know that I can just go out and buy a new battery. This battery came standard with this computer. I spent $650 on this computer and I can't even use it because I dont have enough battery life.

Check your power settings and make sure that your computer display dims and everything steps down when you are on battery, otherwise your battery won't last. This is true of any laptop.
