I purchased this computer a few months ago. I really liked the laptop in the beginning, pretty fast and enough memory for what I need. It was also very reasonable. Recently I placed the computer on my table and the screen broke. I took it back to Best Buy where I bought it along with a service plan for $200 and they said it was a manufacturers defect. They sent it back to the manufacturer and they refused to fix it because we didn't buy two service plans. Apparently they have one for breakages. I am very dissapointed with the company and have no intentions of buying Toshiba again.
