Toshiba Satellite Review

I have owned the Tosiba Satellite Special Edition laptop for nearly a year now after my old HP laptop stopped working.  The price of this laptop was very reasonable.  It is fast and I've not had a major problem with it to date.  I do, however occasionally have an issue with its ability to locate the wireless internet connection in my home.  I took it to Geek Squad at my local Best Buy and they fixed it with no problem.  However, they were unable to tell me if this problem was simply due to something with the actual internet in my home or if it was the laptop.  If it is the laptop, it's not a big issue and is very easily fixed.  I would have to say that this laptop definitely has many more pros than cons.  Its webcam is great and easy to use.  I'm a college student and use Skype a lot to keep in contact with my friends who are away at school.  This laptop is perfect for that.  I can multitask with ease and I can stay in touch effortlessly.

However, this laptop is a bit on the heavy side.  Everyone may not feel this way, but I am only five-feet tall and carrying this laptop in a backpack through a large airport leaves me feeling a bit tired.  This is mostly due to the large battery pack attached to the laptop.

Otherwise, this laptop is great.  I am so pleased with it!
