Torrid —

Torrid offers a much better stylish selection of plus size clothing for ages 16-24. However, they are way over-priced and some of their products are vulgar..not something I would want young kids learning. The clothing line seems to be very focused on sex and breasts. I did not find anything conservative in the store. To top it all off not a single employee greeted us or offered their help in locating specific styles or sizes. Overall I was very disappointed and would stick to department stores when helping friends shop.

I don't think their clothes are inappropriate at all. I notice here that you are not a plus size. Would you be giving the same review if this were Abercrombie And Fitch or some other skinny girls' store? Is your review the way it is because you don't like seeing plus size girls in "sexy" clothes or is it because you really don't like sexy clothes on people? And I've never had a problem getting service in the Torrid I buy my bras in (I am a 40D). This store is not for young kids, so that's not even an issue. Go back and try again.

it's hard enough finding stylish clothes you like in bigger sizes to begin with, but to get no assistance and find a "whatever" attitude is so discouraging...you kept your cool though, 2 thumbs up!!!
