The Tornado is a small piece you put inside your air intake hose.  It causes the air to spin which puts more air into the fuel mix.  I have put it in two of my vehicles and seen an increase.

My Chevy Van went from consistent 17 to 19/20.  This is combined mileage.  I drive for a living putting in over 200 miles a day.

My Hyundai Santa Fe went from a consistent 21 to 24 combined city and over the road.

Cost varies by vehicle.  Each of mine was in ther $70 dollar range but worth the extra meleage it gave.  In VA they are availabel through Trucking Thunder.

I ordered info on one of them. 78 pages of diagrams and instructions. James looked it over and said I'd need a full scale mechanical shop to do the work. So I keep muddling along with my 22mpg Hyundai.

I have heard of it. I want to do more research before I get the equipment. I found it under Hydro fuel on google. I've been talking to a friend about hydrogen based fuel. He's not sure about it either.

Have you ever tried or heard anything about a water conversion kit?
