I was thrilled to find Toolhaus at www.toolhaus.org. I just typed in any Ebay member name and could see the negative and/or neutral comments both left for and by the person in question. — If you've ever been burned at Ebay, then you know that it is important to check the feedback. This is an invaluable tool for the Ebay buyer or seller. As a buyer you can check feedback that may not show in the first few pages and as a seller you can see what kind of track record your bidder has. — There have been many times when a high volume sellers feedback score looked decent but when I checked them on Toolhaus found that they had numerous neutrals and negs for poor customer service. — As a seller I can check how my bidders have been in the past, sometimes they had a rough patch that left their feedback damaged but they have been consistently positive for a long… read full review »

You can easily check the negative and neutral feedback of a seller before purchasing an item. When you go to purchase an item it is easy to see the percentage and think you are okay.
