Our beauty divas are somewhat split on the quality of Too Faced Mascara. Most say this mid range priced mascara performs admirably. It gives their lashes length and volume and has amazing staying power. Although it isn't waterproof, it doesn't run, they say, even in rain or when they cry. (Happy tears, we hope!) And Too Faced Mascara doesn't give them the raccoon eyes look. Some reviewers, however, feel that Too Faced Mascara is incredibly difficult to remove and simply doesn't do much for their lashes.
