When we found the Cool Peppermint Wicked Fresh! toothpaste from Tom's of Maine a disappointment, we decided to try out the Spearmint Ice because it is not uncommon for Tom's of Maine to have one flavor tank out badly but another flavor be a winner. This time, that was not the case. Spearmint Ice was a loser too. **WHAT IS TOM'S OF MAINE WICKED FRESH! SPEARMINT ICE TOOTHPASTE LIKE?** Tom's of Maine Wicked Fresh! Spearmint Ice Toothpaste is a less paste style toothpaste and more of a gel like watery paste. The flavor is , well, kind of bizarre. It is supposed to be spearmint which it kind of is and some sweetish sort of thing and then WHAM- you are hit with licorice. Well at least that is what our tube was like- plastic by the way and not the environmentally conscious metal tubes that Tom's always used to have. **INGREDIENTS** * sodium monofluorophosphate * glycerine * water * hydrated silica * calcium carbonate * xylitol * natural mint flavor * sodium lauryl sulfate * carrageenan * licorice root extract **HOW DID TOM'S OF MAINE WICKED FRESH! SPEARMINT ICE TOOTHPASTE PERFORM?** Tom's of Maine Wicked Fresh! Spearmint Ice Toothpaste was a bit difficult for me to get over the weird flavor, but once I did, I was disappointed at the lack of abrasive cleansing there was. My mouth felt like it had a film on it and didn't feel clean at all. We have used Tom's of Maine Toothpaste for years and used to really love the spearmint which really did have a fantastic breath freshening flavor that lasted and was wonderful. This is a poor substitute. We are very disappointed in this new line of toothpastes from Tom's of Maine. I wish we had stored up older tubes before they changed their toothpastes. The old style used to be a really nice product.

I have used Tom's of Maine in the past, and I have been a longtime fan of their products. So, when I had the opportunity to try out the Wicked fresh toothpaste, I jumped at the chance. I really like this toothpaste. It left my mouth feeling fresh long after I had brushed. I also felt like my teeth were really clean after using this toothpaste. It has a very pleasant taste to it. I have since continued to use this product, and I am very satisfied with the results. It is very refreshing to be able to use a toothpaste without a lot of chemical additives. I like that Tom's of Maine not only lists the ingredients, but explains the purpose of the ingredients. I initially started using Tom's of Maine toothpaste to avoid the sodium saccharin that is added to other brands of toothpaste to make them sweet tasting. Overall, I would recommend this toothpaste, even though the price is a bit more than regular toothpastes, it is well worth it.

Finding a tooth paste that is good can be hard. If you are one who is trying to be environmentally friendly and not try to fill your body with too many chemicals and random things that big companies are doing then you have to really search. I recently came across this toothpaste and asked my dentist what he thought. He hadn't tried it himself but he said it had the necessary ingredience that they recommend for people to be brushing with. Needless to say I started using it. I love it. It doesn't feel like I'm brushing my teeth with candy but still had a nice subtle minteyness to it. I feel like I have a clean mouth and I think that I still have the bright white teeth that I worked so hard to get despite my constant coffee drinking. I guess the most important thing is that when I went back to my dentist he said my teeth looked great. I have had a history of cavities and have had ups and downs with my oral care, however my dentist said they look really wonderful even after I made the switch. Very happy.

Like many people, I am in the process of trying to replace the conventional products that I normally purchase with more natural and organic products. I had heard good things about Tom's of Maine products so I decided to purchase this toothpaste. I have been using it for several months now and I just love it! This is a brand that I feel like I can trust and one that I feel good about using. These are things that are very important to me. I especially appreciate that the company makes their ingredients known and that they do not participate in testing on animals. As for the product itself, I have been very pleased. The taste is great and I feel like it really gets my teeth clean, more so than any other toothpaste I have previously used. I used to use mouthwash religiously but I don't even feel the need to anymore, so as an added bonus this toothpaste had actually been saving me money in that way. I highly recommend this product!

Toms of maine wicked fresh toothpaste is my most favorite toothpaste,it really makes the mouth fresh.It is an all natural toothpaste,very safe for dental hygiene.Its an environmentally friendly product.I have been using it since 4 months only but I got addicted to it.It has all natural ingredients keeping the mouth clean and fresh all the time.It keeps the fresh breath all day long and builds in self confidence.It also prevents cavitation and helps in dental health.It has no artificial sweeteners in it.Its natural ingredients as eucalyptus keeps the breath fresh.It is too expensive to afford and also it has no coupons,this is very disappointing for me.It is also likeable for children,though natural it has no bad taste.It tastes good and it gives foam.Its not whitening toothpaste,its mainly for bad breath.I wish they reduce their prices.It is also not sensitive on my teeth,it removes the food particles in between the teeth and removes the bad breath thereby.I use it twice daily and it gives good results.

I wanted not only to like Tom's of Maine Toothpaste, but to love it. It had always attracted my attention on supermarket shelves--it's unpretentious, simple packaging; it's dedication to natural ingredients and quality; it's "high-class"-looking tube (which is more metallic and sturdier than the traditional, contemporary plastic tube). I have friends who rave about this toothpaste, telling me that once I try it, I'll never go back. In all honesty, I was disappointed by Tom's. In truth, it took some getting used to the first time I used it. I thought that maybe I've been so conditioned by mass-produced products that I'm used to a more "chemical" taste and scent, so I gave Tom's a few weeks' worth of a try. The flavor really does taste fresh and natural, and this lighter-yet-"off" flavor began to grow on me. Tom's doesn't really have any of the added benefits that I look for in a toothpaste, though. The Spearmint flavor is fine, but a little too basic for me. I like a toothpaste that whitens, freshens breath, and keeps my gums healthy. Tom's will do for basic oral hygiene, but not if you're a consumer looking for more. I am also not a fan of the twist-off cap; once that thing falls in the sink, I'm grossed out and loath to put it back on the tube, regardless of how much I rinse it out. I'd like one of those flip-tops with the "lid" attached to the rest of the tube, just in case wet brushing hands get a bit clumsy and let the cap fall behind the commode!

Being an eco conscious consumer, I do not like the idea of sticking toxic chemicals into my mouth, so I looked into Tom's of Main Wicked Fresh! toothpaste because, from what I have read, it uses more natural, non-synthetic material and the company is also environmentally conscious.  I have to say that I did not care for the taste of this toothpaste because it tasted more like baking soda than mint.  If you like you toothpaste super minty (so that it will make your mouth cold), than you may not like this toothpaste.  Besides the taste (or lack thereof), I did not feel like my mouth was particularly clean after using this product.  After a very short while, my breath would lose its meagerly minty smell.  At the price that this toothpaste is going for, I would have wanted something that made my mouth feel a little more clean while having a nice flavor that would leave me looking to brush after every meal.

I recently decided to try a different toothpaste.  So I chose to try Tom's of Maine Wicked Fresh toothpaste in spearmint.  Well I will never purchase this brand again.  It is the worst tasting and cleaning toothpaste i have ever tried.  After using it, it leaves my mouth feeling gritty and dry.  I does not feel like it cleans my teeth as well as other tooth paste I have used.  It does not leave you with that fresh smelly breathe or clean teeth feel.   To me it is actually quite gross.   I thought with it being a little more on the expensive side and being an organic product that it would be a high quality product.  I don't know if it does not just work for my family or what, but it is a very poor product for my family and I.  I really have no positive thing to say about this product.  I will never buy it again.  It may just be this one particular kind, but I do not want to pay for another tube to give it a try and it also be a waste of money.

Tom's of Maine Spearmint ice toothpaste is an awesome toothpaste ! Like many others, I got this as a sample in the mail and was very happy with it. It is now a regular in my household and we love it ! My kids use only Tom's of Maine and I like it that way because of its all natural ingredients. It comes in a lot of different varieties but the Spearmint ice is my favorite because it leaves a lingering freshness for a long time after use. Also there are no artificial ingredients in this toothpaste and so it is very safe to use for kids, especially little ones who are just learning to brush on their own and swallow most of the toothpaste !  The price is a little on the higher side compared to other leading brands in the market, but it is well worth it. Toms of Maine toothpastes are made of 100% natural ingredients and do not use any colors, sweeteners or preservatives which is why it is well worth the price.

I bought this after trying a free sample - I love it.  It naturally whitens and cleans your teeth with that "just left the dentist office feel".  The taste stays with you, keeping your breath fresh.  In some stores, it's a bit more expensive than some other brands but worth the extra pennies!  Sometimes you do get what you pay for!  This is quality!  More natural ingredients than other brands.  There are different flavors and types.  I don't know if I would have ever given it a try if I hadn't lucked out and found it on a free offer web site where they offered a sample size.  I had never really heard of it before that.  I think dentists should recommend this - especially those who are a bit more natural and organic driven.  So many people are now looking to not put so many chemicals in our bodies.  Think twice before you just grab what's on sale.  Think health, natural, and maybe you can luck out and find a coupon!  Try it!  You'll like it!:)
