TomTom - One XL GPS Navigation System —
I bought the TOM TOM XL GPS for my car because I get lost all of the time. The TOM TOM does not do much better because it has been getting me lost and as a result I have gone through a lot of gas.Last week a dealership was already downloaded into the GPS and instead of taking us straight to the dealership the directions took us us 30 minutes out of the way through back roads and neighborhoods. There was a street we were on hat said one street but the GPS was reading another street. A simple address that should have taken 7 minutes took us an hour later out of the way and made me late for my cancer treatments. I put my faith and my life in the hands of this GPS and on more than a dozen times it has let me down. The announcer on the GPS will repeat the directions like a turn lane a few times and then jump fast into the next direction which as already passed or she will say you have you reached your destination and you may still be a block away. The directions and voice does not always meet and agree together. I took it back to Best Buy and received a refund without any problems.
