TomTom - One LE Portable GPS Automobile Navigator Review

I have to say I owned a Garmin that was stolen. Wanting to replace the GPS, I purchased this one on Black Friday. I read great reviews about Tom Tom and didn't want to spend a lot of money with the holidays coming. We had a trip planned across the state so it was a good time to buy and try it out. The maps were inaccurate taking me in circles around the city of Pittsburgh. It has trouble getting satelite reception around tall buildings.  Going from a GPS that is voice to text to one that just keeps saying "Turn right" is frustrating....especially when there are 2 different right turns....one down a street and one on the highway. To try to read the screen while making a decision on the correct right turn is a receipe for disaster. The detour button continued to try to put us back on a highway that was blocked with traffic.

I have to say I liked the HELP option as well as the size of this GPS. I ended up returning it and bought a Garmin. Saving money is not worth getting lost in a big city!
