TomTom - One GPS Navigation System Review

  I purchased my Tom Tom One GPS over a year ago and use it faithfully. This unit has saved me time and travel, over and over again. I have used it on short trips that are just a few miles away, to long trips over 1000 miles and have gotten great directions every time. We love changing the voices to make the trips more interesting, my fav has got to be Austin Powers, Groovy Baby. You can update the maps and routes on-line with the software included in the box by hooking up to your computer. I love that it gives you locations of gas stations, emergency stations, hospitals, food establishments and much more. This has been very helpful while traveling, just knowing that we have the miles listed to the nearest gas station. Helps ease the mind. I used to print out maps from different on-line sources and if you had a detour the panic would set in. Now I just get re-routed to the next nearest turn to get me back on track. This is a great starter for the new GPS user. I am not sorry one bit for this purchase~
