TomTom - Go 730 Review

The TomTom Go 730 is one of the best products I have purchased in a long time.  I originally purchased it for my directionally challenged wife.  However, I have gotten so much use out of it.  I find by far the best feature is the points of interest information.  Whenever I go somewhere that I am not familiar I can find a gas station, place to eat, grocery store or whatever I need.  With three kids whenever we head out on a trip someone almost always has forgotten something and we need to head out to some store.  The TomTom makes it so easy.  I also love the reroute.  If for some reason the map is wrong or the streets have been changed you can have it give another route detouring around certain places.  This feature is also great when you run into accidents or traffic jams.   The only real problem that I have had is that you are supposed to be able to go online and update the maps for free but I seem to not be able to do it. Also they don't have any customer service number to get any help.  They only have their website and e-mail.  Which would be fine if they answered their e-mail questions.
