TomTom - One LE Portable GPS Automobile Navigator
So i bought my TomTom because I am terribly with directions and I can't read a map to save my life ( and at the time I got a good deal for $149). I really am happy with my purchase with only a few gripes. First the good things. I love how small and lightweight the unit is. Some of the older models were a bit bulky, but like most things, it's getting smaller over time. The directions are very easy to understand and I love how they give them to you with ample time to follow them ( example "turn left in two miles"). The battery life is pretty good when you run it without it being plugged into the...
review »TomTom - One 3rd Edition
This is an older system but comes with all you need for a solid GPS unit. The maps are reliable and easy to use. There is a feature that allows you to make changes to the maps as well. Traffic service info is an additional cost. Yearly basic map upgrades are free. After one month the unit (refurbished) would not turn on. I am waiting on TomTom to send a replacement.
TomTom - Tom Tom One
I LOVE my Tom Tom. Since moving to Texas I was constantly getting turned around and lost when trying to navigate the city. I finally broke down and bought myself a Tom Tom after looking at several of the different GPS Models.
The Tom Tom is easy to use for ANYONE! I have recommended it to many friends and family, and no matter what their age, they have also found it very easy to use.
The fact that you do not have to pay for the service is truly a blessing in todays market. Once a year you get a reminder to update your maps. For me that is about $78 and that is a deal in itself.
You can add other...
review »TomTom - ONE 125
Even though the TomTom ONE 125 is basic in looks, it delivers the need for accurate direction which are clear and easy to understand.
The instrument has two menu pages displayed on a 3.5inch touch-screen, which offer easy navigation, large icons, and are easy to follow.
One has the ability to change map colors, the auto-populate feature of filling in possible addresses while keying them is great. The keyboard is compact, which at times causes fat-fingering of data.
The device comes with a USB Cable, a Easy Port VehicleMount, Car Charger and Reference Manual. The maps loaded are only of United...
review »TomTom - ONE 130-S
I got for my birthday a Tom Tom One 130-s GPS. I never really wanted one, but i decided to try it out. For someone who isnt all that tech smart it was easy to use. The screen is a little to small for my eyes but i can get past that and the only other drawback i seen was that to move the page around the finger nail was needed, not just the tip of the finger. kinda hard to do and drive at the same time. it could use something like a stylus with it. the directions it gave me were acurate, ( i already new how to get to where i was going , and back, but i wanted to test it. when i wouild make a turn...
review »TomTom - 910 GPS Navigation System
My parents got me one before I had a car. I'm a hopeless dingbat when it comes to navigations and I consider this thing to be an absolute miracle. There're glitches here and there but still prefer it over a paper map any day.
TomTom - TomTom One 125 Portable GPS with 3.5" Touch Screen
I received as a Christmas gift and for someone who is ALWAYS lost this has been like a miracle, easy to use and understand. You can follow directions by looking at the map or use the voice option and have someone tell you when to turn, great for vacations and traveling, easy to stow and the battery life is great. Lots of different voices to choose from, accents, etc. Has a suction cup so you can attach to the window and make it easier to look at.
